Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they:

• Are unused and in their original condition

• Include original packaging

• Are not marked as Final Sale or non-returnable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the item and packaging

We'll work quickly to provide a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different size, color, or product, please contact our customer support team. We'll gladly help arrange an exchange whenever possible.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (incorrect or damaged item), we'll cover the return shipping cost.

For all other returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
