30-Day Returns

We accept eligible return requests within 30 days of delivery.

 

To qualify for a change-of-mind return and refund, items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition. Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all included components and accessories.

Returned items must be free from stains, odors, signs of use, alterations, or customer-caused damage.

All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt. Refunds will be approved only if the returned items meet these conditions.

These conditions do not limit your rights regarding defective, damaged-on-arrival, or incorrectly supplied products under applicable law.

Return Shipping Costs

Change of Mind: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning an item due to personal preference, a change of mind, or ordering the wrong product.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with your order details and supporting photos. We will arrange an appropriate resolution at no additional return shipping cost to you.

Large Items and Majlis Sofas

Due to their size and weight, Majlis sofas may have higher return shipping costs.

Please contact our customer support team before returning a Majlis sofa so we can provide the appropriate return instructions and address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery may not qualify for a change-of-mind return. This does not affect your rights regarding defective products or other rights provided by applicable law.

Do not send items back without receiving return instructions.
